<li>Identify unusual behavior, information, or situations that may pose a risk of fraud.</li>
<li>Analyze and compare customer data, orders, and information provided by sales representatives to detect any inconsistencies.</li>
<li>Follow up on suspicious cases or files presenting a potential risk of fraud.</li>
<li>Verify information provided by customers and sales representatives and report any anomalies found.</li>
<li>Help identify new modus operandi, fraud techniques, or attempted scams to strengthen preventive measures.</li>
<li>Conduct, when necessary, ad hoc field investigations to verify specific information or situations.</li>
<li>Conduct audits of customers or retail locations as part of investigations.</li>
<li>Document the results of investigations and ensure clear and accurate reporting of the cases handled.</li>
<li>Prepare investigation reports and follow up on cases until they are resolved.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, operations, and administrative teams to facilitate the detection and prevention of fraud.</li>
