We are a reputable automobile dealership based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking motivated Female Car Sales Consultants to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers.
• Introducing customers to our range of new vehicle models and their features.
• Arranging and conducting vehicle test drives.
• Negotiating sales terms and closing deals.
• Following up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Managing the complete vehicle sales process from inquiry to delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Participating in promotional and business development activities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in automotive sales is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in customer service or retail sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a professional appearance.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English; French is an advantage.
