- Help identify new modus operandi, fraud techniques, or attempted scams to strengthen preventive measures.
- Conduct, when necessary, ad hoc field investigations to verify specific information or situations.
- Conduct audits of customers or retail locations as part of investigations.
- Document the results of investigations and ensure clear and accurate reporting of the cases handled.
- Prepare investigation reports and follow up on cases until they are resolved.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and administrative teams to facilitate the detection and prevention of fraud.
