1. Raw Material Supply Planning
• Plan and secure mango, pineapple and coconut supplies in line with production needs, quality requirements and budgets.
2. Farmer and Producer Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with farmers and producer groups.
• Communicate clearly on prices, volumes, quality and deliveries.
3. Crop Production Planning and Farmer Support
• Develop crop production plans.
• Guide field teams in supporting farmers.
4. Supplier Certification and Traceability
• Maintain supplier certification, traceability and records.
• Contribute to the development of an organic coconut supply chain.
5. Data and Performance Monitoring
• Use field data and digital tools to monitor supply, yields and supplier performance.
6. Sourcing and Farmer Development Projects
• Lead sourcing and farmer development projects with external partners.
