HEAD TEACHER – NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL

We are seeking a competent and disciplined Head Teacher to take full responsibility for the academic and operational leadership of our Nursery and Primary School.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise all academic and administrative activities
* Ensure high teaching standards and measurable student performance
* Recruit, train, monitor, and evaluate teachers and support staff
* Enforce discipline, safety, and child protection policies
* Oversee school timetable, records, budgets, and resources
* Build strong relationships with parents, PTA, and authorities
* Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Education regulations

Requirements

* NCE / Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Early Childhood Education is a strong advantage)
* Minimum 3–5 years teaching experience + at least 2 years in leadership
* Valid teaching certification/license
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability
* Computer literacy is an added advantage
